Who Is Debi Vail?
Debi is a student of the Bible, and a disciple of Yeshua Messiah, Jesus Christ. After obtaining a B.A. degree in Philosophy from Temple University, she spent many years in the business world as a marketing and writing professional. Thereafter, she attended Global Awakening’s Christian Healing Certification Program and completed a number of courses in healing and deliverance. She is part of a small intercessory group, has taught small groups, and has presented her testimony at church groups and on Hebrew Nation Radio. She has a passion to learn and teach, to grow and free the Body of Christ, and to do what she can to bring Heaven to earth. She and her husband Doug live in Pennsylvania, have four grown children, and five grandchildren.

The Lord has graced me with a number of prophetic dreams over my lifetime, the most important of which are below. Since Ezekiel 33 is clear that watchmen/women must warn the people or the blood of the people "is on your hands," I offer these for prayer.
Dream of Attack on Israel
July 31, 2023
It’s the last day of July 2023. I woke from a dream. I was walking through Israel (strange as I have never been to Israel). This man darted out of a dark alleyway and whispered in my ear that Israel would be attacked at the end of September. Then he ran back into the dark alleyway. In the dream I was pregnant and the day came for me to deliver so I went to a hospital in Israel. It felt like I was underground. Everybody was being moved around and it was confusing and even the hospitals were having a hard time because Israel had been hit on that day. (Israel was attacked a week later on 10/7/23.)
Dream of Flooding in Southwest US, Stocks Crashing

In the dream, I was in the southwest of the United States, and there was water in the streets, and the ground underneath was shaky. One guy was even driving a boat through town. Stocks had crashed. There were only two stocks that were doing well, and I think they related somehow to boating. All the other stocks had taken a dive. When we opened our portfolio, we had a regular assortment of stocks, and they were all way, way, way down. We didn’t know what to do, or where to go, or how to get there. But we felt that, somehow, we should leave because the ground was not stable and was sinking in some areas.
Dream of Joel 2, 9/21
In the dream, the sun was out and I was flying. It was a beautiful day. All of a sudden, I heard "Go to 9/21." In the dream, I knew I could fly to that date, so I did. It looked like Joel 2, hazy, dreary, full of smoke, places destroyed. I told the Lord I didn't want to stay there, that I wanted to go back to the "sonshine," so I flew back. That's when I woke up.
Dream of Tsunami, 9/17

Woke up at 1:22a with a dream. I was over top of the U.S. looking down, and was listening to NPR (National Public Radio). They were explaining in detail about the earthquake or something big to hit the US on the west and east coasts. What was happening on the west coast I think was bigger than what was happening on the east coast. I heard 9/17 (and thought it might happen on that day/month), but I felt like it was a Friday and the event was going to happen on Monday. All of a sudden I was in my old house in central NJ, about 1/2 the way between the coast and Philadelphia. I was told to sell our house so that “you can take your money with you when you leave.” The houses I could see from there were flooded and almost all the homes were abandoned. Dream about Credit Institutions
October 9, 2015
Woke up at 2:30am with a dream. I distinctly heard “credit institutions.” In the dream, they were failing and the government was not bailing them out. In the dream, it was before it was going to happen, and I thought I better run to the store to get shampoo and soap before the rush to the stores after the credit institutions failed.
